The ultra-fast, double sided non-stick Cerastone coated ridge plates are easy to clean. The elevated ridges help to guide fat away from food for healthier oil free cooking. The hinged top plate accommodates different sandwich thickness and rests firmly on the bread for even toasting, complete with a hinged plate lock enabling vertical storage with handy cord wrap.
