Tea Tree essential oil is made by the distillation of the leaves of a tree known as Melaleuca Alternifolia. It has been used by indigenous Australians for hundreds of years and is a favorite in aromatherapy and cosmetics due to its multiple uses for skin,nail and health.
It has a threefold antiseptic effect by killing bacteria, viruses and fungi.
It’s used in relieving acne, abscesses, boils, dermatitis and eczema or infected wounds. You can apply a drop of this oil on a cotton swab dipped in water for daily facial cleansing to reduce pimples and blackheads. Apply the tea tree oil diluted in water on the skin.
Regulates the activity of sebaceous glands and effective irritated scalp with dandruff and lice treatment. Add 4 drops of tea tree oil in the shampoo with which we wash the head.
