HOW TO OPERATE- 

1- start up the engine

2- adjust the speed

3- pour your boiled food inside, and cover the lid. Monitor it pound and determine if to add water or not. 

4- When your food is ready, switch off and enjoy. 

This will serve your commercial supply of pounded food like pounded yam, pounded cassava, pounded cocoyam, pounded plantain. It will also serve your events cooking like weddings, parties, hotels etc.
