The most important of the fat-soluble vitamins. Allows you to achieve better sleep, regulates your immune system and controls inflammation. promotes bone formation and assists key hormones, including estrogen and testosterone. 

Vitamin A

Helps support eye, bone, and thyroid gland health. In addition, vitamin A promotes the health of the skin and the linings of the respiratory and digestive tract, which are part of the body’s frontline defense against unwanted organisms. 

Vitamin K

Helps your body process calcium. If you don’t consume enough K2, excess calcium can build up in your arteries, leading to a heightened risk of heart attacks and arteriosclerosis. K2 also helps to maintain bone density and stave off osteoporosis. 

Vitamin E Isomers

Important antioxidant. It helps mop up highly reactive, oxygen-dangling free radical molecules in the body before they can attack and damage your cells. The oxidizing effects of free radicals contribute to the overall aging and degradation of the body. Vitamin E also functions as a blood thinner, reducing the risk of unwanted clotting.

Geranylgeraniol (GG)

Supports the production of vitamin K2 (as MK-4) in the body. This nutrient is a crucial for muscle health, bone strength, hormone balance, and CoQ10 synthesis. Unfortunately, the natural production of GG decreases with age. Additionally, some medications—especially those for managing high cholesterol or osteoporosis—can interfere with GG production.
