Product feels silky to the touch, and makes my hair feel silky too. It's not heavily scented which is a plus for me. Hair does feel and look squeaky clean, however, if detangling is what you're going for, you may want to get a dedicated product for that. Would give this a 9 out of 10. The -1 was for its detangling claim which didn't do much for me. But maybe it's just my hair type.
