The Stirling Ice Cream Maker and Compressor includes a built-in high-power compressor (it has a built in freezer unit so you don't need to prefreeze a freezing bowl), which makes the ice cream's texture more smooth, has the ability to produce professional, restaurant quality dessert that’s packed of flavour and smooth in consistency.

Consisting of three complete modes, a mixing mode, an ice cream-making mode and a chill mode, and due to the fact that it's fully automatic — its mixing system combines the cream and add-in ingredients all on its own — those making the ice cream do not have to pre-cool the recipe.

The ice cream maker can produce ice cream, gelato and sorbet that's all customisable, up to its capacity of one litre.
