I recently ordered this serum and unfortunately when I opened the package the bottle was damaged - main body of the bottle was detached from the top section and as a result contents had spilled out. I contacted customer service who were superb, I was immediately sent a replacement plus two sample sizes of other products and a discount code for my next purchase. I was also sent a returns label for the faulty bottle. I’ve only been using the product for a few days but I can say that it feels very hydrating for my dry skin, it soaks in quickly and isn’t sticky. It’s very important for me to be able to purchase products that are vegan friendly, no animal testing and SOS products fulfil this criteria. I’m happy to update when I’ve been using the product for a longer period of time but feel very confident that I’ll continue to use.
