PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

The Sonifer SF-4006 Digital Food Dehydrator offers an efficient, healthy solution for preserving fruits, meats, fish, vegetables, and herbs in home kitchens, meal-prep routines, and small food businesses. Powered by a 500W heating system with rear-mounted forced hot air circulation, this unit dries ingredients evenly across all levels without needing continuous tray rotation during the drying process.

The appliance features six removable, transparent plastic trays (measuring 28.8 cm x 28.8 cm each), giving you plenty of surface area to process sizeable batches of food. Equipped with a front glass door window and internal cavity design, you can easily monitor food moisture reduction without opening the chamber and dropping internal temperatures. The top control panel houses a digital LED touch display with adjustable temperature settings ranging from 35°C to 70°C and an integrated timer, allowing precise low-temperature control for delicate herbs as well as high heat for beef jerky. Built with a heat-resistant black housing casing and quiet airflow technology, this countertop appliance blends easily into modern kitchen setups.

SAFETY NOTE

1. Place the dehydrator on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance around back and top ventilation vents before operating.
2. Do not cover the main air vents or block airflow openings while the appliance is running.
3. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet before cleaning, and never submerge the main motor housing, power cord, or plug in water or liquids.
4. Ensure all transparent plastic trays are fully washed and dried before placing them inside the main heating chamber.

GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Slice fruits, vegetables, or meats evenly to uniform thickness for consistent moisture evaporation.
2. Arrange sliced food items in a single layer on the six transparent trays (28.8 cm x 28.8 cm), ensuring space between pieces for unrestricted horizontal airflow.
3. Slide the loaded trays into the internal slots and close the front glass door firmly.
4. Connect to a power source, tap the digital power switch, and set the target drying temperature (35°C–70°C) and timer duration via the top LED display.
5. Once the countdown timer finishes, turn off the unit, unplug from the outlet, and allow dried foods to cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
