The IRESS Solar Inverter Backpack is provided with a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, specifically related to the solar panels, inverter, and battery.This warranty does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.This warranty shall apply only if the product has been used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is provided, the product has not been altered, tampered with, or misused, and the product has not been subjected to excessive moisture, heat, or environmental conditions exceeding the specified operating limits.To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact IRESS Customer Service at +234808139697349. The defective product must be shipped to the specified address for inspection.If a defect is confirmed, IRESS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.IRESS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the IRESS Solar Inverter Backpack.The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IRESS Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the misuse or improper use of the IRESS Solar Inverter Backpack in violation of the product’s instructions or specifications, unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product, third-party claims related to the use of the product, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by the purchaser’s negligence or improper use, and any breach of these warranty terms by the purchaser.This indemnity obligation shall survive the expiration or termination of the warranty period.This warranty and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.By using the IRESS Solar Inverter Backpac.k, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these warranty terms
