You will have to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance of the preparation, before integrating the ingredients you wish to mix in the bowl. Then, you will just have to lock the motor block and turn on the machine. It will prepare your ice cream in only 30 to 40 minutes.
As with most ice cream makers, you must first turn on the motor before you can pour your mixture into it. If you don’t, the mixture could freeze on the frozen walls of the tank. This ice cream maker is capable of preparing up to 1 liter of ice cream or sorbet. Its power of 12W is sufficient for the conception of ice creams or sorbets of this volume.
