PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Silver Crest SC-1589 Commercial Blender is a heavy-duty processing appliance designed to meet the high demands of home kitchens, smoothie shops, restaurants, and catering services. Powered by an 8500-watt heavy-duty motor, this unit delivers high torque speed to pulverize tough food items, crush ice blocks, grind dry spices, and process smooth food purees quickly.
The set features a 2.0-litre main blending pitcher constructed from thick, high-impact polycarbonate material, equipped with an ergonomic side handle, a tight-fitting top cover, and a dedicated tamper plunger. The front operational housing incorporates a manual stepless speed dial, an independent pulse control switch, and a main power toggle. A secondary dry mill grinder jar is included specifically for grinding dry grains, coffee beans, nuts, and dry peppers without scratching or wearing down the main jar. Built with an all-metal drive coupling and automatic motor thermal protection, the appliance ensures long-term operational stability under heavy daily workloads.
SAFETY NOTE
- Ensure the main pitcher or dry mill unit is seated properly on the base rubber pad before starting the motor to prevent drive gear damage.
- Do not run the blender continuously on maximum speed for extended periods; process heavy, dense mixtures in short, controlled pulses.
- Always keep the top lid firmly in place or use the tamper through the lid center opening while operating at high speeds.
- Never submerge the main motor base or power cord in water; clean the exterior housing with a damp cloth.
GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE
- Place wet ingredients in the 2.0L main pitcher or dry items in the small mill cup and secure the lid tightly.
- Align and seat the jar on top of the motor housing hub, then plug the power cable into a wall socket.
- Flip the main power toggle to ON and turn the central speed knob clockwise to increase blending power.
- Use the center opening with the tamper plunger to push dense or frozen ingredients toward the rotating blades if necessary.
- Turn the speed dial back to OFF and switch off main power before lifting the jar off the base unit.
