How to Use Decon Shampoo

Always wash the vehicle out of direct sunlight and make sure the surface is cool to the touch. [1, 2]

Bucket Wash Method:

1. Pre-rinse: Thoroughly rinse the vehicle to remove loose dirt and grit.
2. Mix: Add roughly 30 ml to 50 ml of shampoo to 15 to 20 liters (4–5 gallons) of warm water in a wash bucket.
3. Wash: Wash from the top of the car to the bottom using a clean microfiber mitt or sponge.
4. Rinse: Rinse the vehicle thoroughly before the soap dries on the surface. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Foam  Method:

1. Dilute: Mix the decon shampoo with water in your foam canines bottle, usually at a 10:1 ratio (roughly 50 ml of product to 900 ml of water).
2. Apply & Dwell: Coat the vehicle and allow the foam to dwell for 4 to 5 minutes to lift organic contamination.
