The new AR-6020V is a fast, A3 black & white MFP with a flexible design. This machine brings impressive quality and a whole host of productivity features within reach of every small workgroup. It is ideal for all your daily black & white printing, colour scanning and copying needs.

You can print at speeds of 20 pages per minute which is more than enough to support the needs of a busy small office and fast enough for sharing on a small network if you decide to upgrade it later on. Moreover, Sharp Printer Language with Compression (SPLC) comes as standard which means faster data transfer and enhanced throughput too. As well as optimised performance, the AR-6020V offers an expandable paper supply with the option to increase the capacity up to 1,850 sheets.

Copying is just as quick and easy as printing. A first copy out time of 6.4 seconds eliminates unnecessary delays from multiple short run jobs and the optimised Scan Once/Print Many technology simplifies longer runs. The built in A3 scanner allows documents to be colour scanned directly to popular office applications at the touch of a button.Scanned files can also be stored on a file server for easy access from any PC on the network, and they can also be sent as an attachment to any e-mail address. A USB memory stick port for walk-up scanning is also included. 

Other useful copying functions include ID Card Copy and Rotation Sort, as well as electronic collation and sorting. You can also add a document feeder for scanning documents in large batches.

User-Friendly Control Panel

With its large, clear LCD, the logically designed control panel makes it easy for users to understand and access MFP settings and functions and brings total ease of use. The control panel also features one-touch keys that provide quick access to frequently used functions. And two LED lamps one red and the other green light up to notify users of machine status.

Convenient Full-Colour Network Scanning

The AR-6020V excels as a full-colour network scanner. Quickly convert any type of paper-based document into a TIFF, PDF, or JPEG and send it to one of six pre-registered destinations. Scanned files can be sent as e-mail attachments, sent directly to a PC desktop*2, or scanned directly to an FTP server, USB drive, or mobile device*3. It’s all so easy—just tap the Scan Mode button, select a pre-registered destination, and press Start.

Effective Paper Handling

For large-volume jobs and a wider selection of available paper sizes, these MFPs can accommodate two types of extra trays that increase total paper capacity to 2,100 sheets or 1,850 sheets.*1 These MFPs can accommodate heavy paper up to 200 g/m2*2, expanding the range of possible printing applications.

Sharpdesk Mobile*

Sharpdesk Mobile is a mobile print/scan application. With Sharpdesk Mobile, users can brought documents scanned on the AR-6020V to their mobile devices for previewing and saving. And files on a mobile device can be printed out on the MFP, sent as e-mail attachments, or used in other applications.
