Note: If you are under medical supervision, pregnant or lactating, or taking any tranquilizers, sedatives, or antidepressants, consult your physician prior to use. Do not take when operating machinery or driving. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea bag and steep for 4 to 6 minutes. The longer Seelect Tea’s Melatoninn Tea steeps, the more pronounced the flavor. Lemon or honey may additionally be added to give it depth. Certified: vegan, gluten-free, and kosher.
