Related to the cranberry, the blueberry bush is known for a host of health benefits. Rich in Vitamin C, Seelect Tea’s Organic Blueberry Leaf Tea is said to help ward off colds, flus, and sore throats. Blueberry Leaf Tea is also said to relieve internal inflammation, lower triglycerides, and help control blood pressure. 

Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea bag, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.
