The 2 USB 3.0 ports (blue terminal) support 5Gbps high-speed tranission and are backwards compatible with USB 2.0 (480Mbps). The 5 USB 2.0 ports (white terminal) support 480Mbps tranission. In order to benefit from USB 3.0 high-speed charging all devices/cables connected must support USB 3.0 specifications.
The first USB 3.0 port (with lightning symbol) provides a 1.5 Amp output and can be used to charge your device. The second USB 3.0 port (without lightning symbol) provide a 900mA output while the USB 2.0 ports can provide a 500mA output each. Please use the DC Adapter (included) when connecting high-current devices and ensure total consumption across all connected devices does not exceed 4A.
