After your unfortunate puncture, you should locate the hole within your tyre and remove any debris from the hole.
If the hole is too small for your tubeless repair strip, it is often a good idea to use the tubeless Repair Kit Needle to push into the punctured hole and enlarge the hole. This will make the next step of filling the hole a lot easier.
Depending on the size of your puncture, chose either a brown strip (smaller punctures 1.5mm) or a black strip (Larger punctures 3.5mm) to plug the hole.
In general, the brown smaller strips are for road tires and the black strips for heavier MTB tires
You can now push your laced needle into the hole. Simultaneously push the needle into the hole while twisting to help the vulcanized butyl rubber fill every space. This will also help you remove the needle once the hole is filled.
