Usage and Handling

The application process is straightforward but requires adherence to specific steps for optimal performance: 

1. Preparation: The surfaces to be repaired must be thoroughly cleaned and dried, free from dirt, oil, or grease. Roughening smooth surfaces with sandpaper improves adhesion.
2. Mixing: Mix equal parts of components A and B in a 1:1 ratio until a uniform color is achieved. The mixed product has a limited "pot life" or working time of about 20 minutes before it starts to harden, so work quickly.
3. Application and Curing: Apply the mixture to the prepared surface(s), bring the parts together, and apply slight pressure or use a clamp to hold them in place. Initial solidification takes about 1.5 hours, but a full cure and maximum strength are reached after 24 hours.
4. Storage Note: If the adhesive is slightly hardened due to cool temperatures, you can soak the tubes in hot water to soften it before use.
