Product details

Copper glazed Mykonos bead earrings is handmade, Greek-made bead featuring a copper glaze finish. These can be ceramic beads that are glazed with a copper coating or metallic beads cast from a lead-free zinc alloy called Zamac and then plated with fine metals. 
These earrings are made from fired terracotta clay, then coated in copper and finished with a unique patina. Due to the handmade process, each one can vary slightly.  This bead is made by coating a terracotta octahedron bead in copper and finishing it with a matte patina. It is surprisingly lightweight and durable.
