GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Position the stainless steel bowl on a level countertop and seat the central drive spindle inside.
2. Carefully mount the 4-leaf stainless steel blade assembly onto the center shaft.
3. Add your meat pieces, vegetables, or spices into the bowl without exceeding the 10000mL MAX fill mark.
4. Place the transparent cover lid on top, align the 1000W motor head over the center gear, and plug in the power cord.
5. Press down on the top power button in short, controlled pulses until your food reaches the desired coarseness, then unplug before removing the lid and blades.
