Our research shows belly bloating after meals is caused by a build up of trapped gasses produced in your stomach as your food digests. Like a pressure cooker with a clogged steam release valve. We believe digestive acid may damage the esophageal sphincter (your steam release valve) and prevent it from working properly to release gas.
