I have had issues with going to the bathroom for close to 30 years and just figured that was going to be something that will never go away or get better. I was scrolling on IG and came across an add for this product that is supposed to help you get regular, keeps down the amount of build up of poop in the body and will not cause bloating. I thought it was to good to be true, but figured I have nothing to loose. After just 2 days I was feeling so much better and felt lighter and not weighted down
