1.  Plug it in your car  lighter
2. When using, turn the switch to the middle OFF position
3. Insert one end of the cable into the refrigerator socket and the other end into the car's lighter 
4. Cooling: Turn the switch to the COOL position, the green light is on, and the cooling function is started.Heating: Turn the switch to the HOT position, the red light is on, and the heating function is started.
