Suggested Use: The aroma may help with cough and congestion. It can also be added to cleaning recipes to offer a powerfully fresh aroma. During the holidays, it is a favorite and familiar scent to diffuse, remininiscent of Christmas trees.
Topically, it can be found in a variety of muscle rub products, and helps with aches, stiffness, and circulation. Dilute this essential oil to 2% with topical use, which equals about 10 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil.
History: This tree gets its botanical name, Pinus grandis, for its grand tallness. It can reach over 200 feet tall.
Specific Safety Information: Not for internal use. Dilute properly with topical use. Pine essential oil has a limited shelf life; store away from heat, sun, and air.
