Rinoflux isotonic saline solution is a medical device for nasal rinsing, aerosol therapy and rinsing 
the eyes externally. When used for nasal 
rinsing (including with a nasal irrigation 
device) it cleanses and moisturizes the mucosa helping drain secretions and eliminate 
excess mucus, in the event of infections 
of the upper airways. Helps prevent otitis 
and rhinosinusitis. When used in aerosol 
therapy it moisturizes the airways helping 
to expel sputum, in the event of infections 
of the lower airways. The external cleaning 
of the eyes helps prevent viral or bacterial 
infections.

INSTRUCTIONS
• IN AEROSOL THERAPY 
Twist the tab to open the vial; RinoFlux can be used with any aerosol device. Comply with the instruction manual for the given device.
• FOR NASAL IRRIGATION 
Twist the tab to open the vial; lean 
your head to the left or, for children, lay 
the child down on one side supporting 
the head with your hand, gently 
rest the opening of the vial against the 
upper nostril, press lightly and irrigate the 
nostril abundantly. Wait a moment for the 
solution to act. Clear any secretions with a 
tissue. For children, lift the child and clear 
any secretions with the nasal aspirator or 
a tissue. Turn the head and repeat 
the operation with the other nostril. For use 
with a nasal irrigation device, follow the 
instructions for the given device. 
• FOR EXTERNAL CLEANING OF THE 
EYES
Twist the tab to open the vial; soak a 
sterile gauze pad (one per eye) and gently 
clean the eyelid externally avoiding direct 
contact with the eyes.

COMPOSITION:
Sodium chloride 0.9 g, sterile water as 
required for 100 ml.

WARNINGS:
Solution not to be used for injection. For 
nasal use, do not ingest. Use as instructed 
by a doctor/paediatrician. Store in a cool 
and dry place, do not expose to sources 
of heat and light. Do not use after the 
expiration date, as sterility is no longer 
guaranteed. Do not use the same single dose

 vial to clean both the nose and eyes 
or with another patient. For children less 
than 2 months of age, or patients with significant respiratory illness, or in the event 
of frequent nose bleeds, or neurological or 
musculoskeletal diseases or maxillofacial 
trauma consult your physician before use. 
Report any serious accident occurring in 
connection with the device to your competent authority and to the manufacturer. 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if 
the packaging is damaged.
