The OXO Steel Chef's Mandoline Slicer makes it easy for everyday cooks to prep like the pros. We made some smart updates to our original Mandoline Slicer to make it even easier to use, like an angled Japanese steel blade and a top-view indicator window that makes switching between blade settings quick and seamless. Create up to 21 different cuts with thickness settings in 0.5-mm intervals using the straight and wavy blades and built-in julienne and French fry blades. The straight blade easily cuts through firm fruits and vegetables like apples and potatoes. The serrated blade glides through soft foods like tomatoes, hollow foods like peppers and layered foods like onions. The food holder secures food and protects fingers. Our Slicer is made of sleek stainless steel, which looks great in any kitchen.
