SoundGo 3 OBS-31S Speaker Warranty Cover:Limited Warranty Coverage:SoundGo warrants this OBS-31S Speaker against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, SoundGo will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the original product.What This Warranty Does Not Cover:This Limited Warranty does not cover:1. Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;2. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports;3. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature;4. Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of SoundGo;5.
