Crafted from carefully selected 3–5-year-old bamboo,with each stalk over 12 cm in diameter and 20 cm in height, for a denser, more durable cutting board that resists cracking and splintering.
Both sides of the board are made from whole bamboo sections,with a full bamboo core added in the middle for extra strength and thickness—up to 1.8 cm.
