Product details
Having optimal Iron stores is important for energy, circulation, hair, fertility, and for body temperature. It can also help prevent symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome and muscle cramps.
This iron contains ferrous bisglycinate, which has been show in research studies to be better tolerated and more effective at raising ferritin and hemoglobin levels compared to other iron supplements.
