The tape is based on polyimide film, coated on one side with high performance silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, one-sided fluoroplastic release material composite or non-composite two types of materials. Coated with high precision to ± 2.5um, no scratch, pulling and other phenomena. Good shear, easy to punch die-cutting processing, with excellent resistance to high temperature and solvent resistance!
