Good design. Terrible functionality

The Nokia 2660 Flip 4G has a solid design, good keypad layout, and a clear display, but the software experience is disappointing. There are visible glitches when system prompts and confirmation messages appear, with on-screen notifications overlapping the background and making the interface feel unpolished. The biggest issue is contact storage: despite claiming support for up to 2,000 contacts, the phone stopped saving new phone contacts after about 200 entries and repeatedly showed “phone memory full” even while indicating free space. Manual saving failed as well. Overall, the hardware is good, but the software reliability and contact storage behavior are serious drawbacks. I recommend buying only from a verified and trusted source, as the unit I received did not meet expectations.
