Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol are two well-studied nutrients for female fertility and provide support for reproductive health. Inositol is naturally present in our body but can also be gotten from some foods such as beans, fresh vegetables, fruits, etc. Inositol, also known as Vitamin B8, helps in the formation of the cell membrane and regulates insulin levels.
The two forms of inositol best absorbed by the body are Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol. Myo-inositol helps to improve PCOS and fertility while D-Chiro Inositol is effective for diabetes and insulin resistance.
