Other enzymes have fibrinolytic activity, but only true nattokinase has been demonstrated to be absorbed after oral ingestion as an active enzyme and to have physiological efficacy. Daily's Nattokinase is Kosher certified. One capsule provides Nattokinase 50 mg.
