Solution: Pressure Washer Not Spraying / No Pressure (Check with this video: https://youtube.com/shorts/j10QMJCC2-8?feature=share )

Please try the following steps to prime the hose (remove air and allow water in):

Step-by-step

Disconnect the hose from the machine.
Place the hose end directly on a running tap/faucet.
Turn on the water and let the hose fill completely with water.
While the hose is still connected to the tap, press the spray trigger on the machine until water comes out smoothly.
Reconnect the hose firmly to the machine.
Turn on the machine again and spray normally.

Why this works

Sometimes there is air inside the hose, so the machine cannot pull water. Once the hose is filled with water, the pressure works correctly.

Quick Tips

✔ Make sure the hose is fully filled with water
✔ Ensure the filter at the hose end is not blocked
✔ Tighten all connections so no air leaks

What is the proper maintenance process for a high-pressure car washer?

Different parts of this equipment need to be cleaned or replaced over time due to wear and tear.

Nozzle maintenance: To ensure proper functioning, make sure any blockages in the spray head or adjustable nozzles are completely cleared.
Hose and filter maintenance: After use, it's essential to clean the intake hose and filter. A storage box can help prevent oxidation. Lubrication is also necessary for the hose, spray gun, and wand extension.
Battery maintenance: If not needed during winter, it's advisable to store it fully charged.

Note: To protect the environment, discarded batteries should be sorted and recycled; they should not be disposed of indiscriminately!

I like it

The product is good but the battery didn't last more than 10-15 minutes and the hose is too light(I need to get another hose before I can use it)

Very frustrating

Very disappointing. The pressure washer I received is not working. The pump does not suck water and no water comes out of the nozzle despite trying to get it operating properly. I have also been unable to successfully initiate a return through Jumia. I advise customers buying this type of product to test it at pickup or during delivery before accepting it, as discovering the fault afterwards can be very frustrating. I hope Jumia/seller will resolve this with a replacement or refund.
