Design and Display

As expected the phone has a beautiful design and outlook to look forward to. To match its price, it is cased in plastic but with a shiny finishing to give it a premium look. The back of the phone has the camera set up at the top left, a fingerprint sensor ergonomically placed in the middle and a speaker set at the bottom right. The front of the phone has aspired to be bezel-less with its notched top that houses the selfie camera and speaker and a sizeable chine below the display. There is a handy 6.2” display with 720x1520 pixels resolution. If you are a fan of big screens, then you would love this phone. The display is detailed enough to give you sharp and clear views in the right color blend and mix. It is covered by an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. All operative buttons are on-screen as the only physical buttons are the power button and the volume rocker.

Storage and Performance

The model comes in two different variants based on the RAM size. There is the 1GB RAM variant that is equipped with a MediaTek MT6580 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz. It also runs on the Android Oreo Go edition. The 2GB RAM variant is equipped with a higher processor, the MediaTek Helio A22 and IMG PowerVR GPU, which has enough storage to march its performance. It runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie, coupled with the HiOS user interface. Both models have internal memory storage expandable up to 32GB.

There is a 3500mAh battery that gives you more than enough power to operate your phone all day. There is no mention of quick charge but the accompanying charger does enough to charge the phone swiftly.

Camera

The 1GB RAM model has a rear-mounted 13MP AI-enhanced camera and an 8MP selfie camera in front. The 2GB RAM variant has a dual camera set-up of 13MP+2MP lenses for its rear photography and an 8MP selfie camera. Both variants have accompanying LED flash for the rear camera.
