First Order Surprise - How It Works

1. What is the Name of the Initiative?

The name of the initiative is First Order Surprise. A surprise gift will be added to the orders of first-time customers on Explosion Fridays.

First-time customers who place orders on Explosion Fridays will receive a surprise gift added to their orders.

Explosion Fridays will take place on:

  • October 31, 2025
  • November 7, 2025
  • November 14, 2025
  • November 21, 2025
  • November 28, 2025
Customers simply need to shop as usual during these days to qualify.

3. Who Can Participate?

The initiative is open to all new and existing customers.
However, Jumia employees, officers, contractors, partner agencies, associated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How Many Times Can I Get Gifts?

Each first-time shopper can only receive gifts once during the Black Friday period.

5. When Will the Initiative Take Place?

The initiative will run on the following Explosion Fridays:

  • October 31, 2025
  • November 7, 2025
  • November 14, 2025
  • November 21, 2025
  • November 28, 2025

6. How Will I Receive My Gift?

Your gift will be delivered with your order. No additional steps are needed.

7. Are There Any Extra Charges?

No. Winners will not pay for the gift itself. It will be delivered together with their orders at no extra cost.

8. Do I Need to Make a Minimum Purchase to Qualify?

No minimum order amount is required, every first-time order counts!

9. What Happens If I Miss a Friday?

No problem! Each Explosion Friday gives you another opportunity to participate, just shop on the next one.
