1. How does it work?

There will be 11 different freebies carefully placed in various spots on the site throughout the day. At the top of every hour from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, a new product is unlocked and waiting to be found.

You simply have to search for these hidden items on the site - you keep what you find. When you find the item, all you need to do (but very quickly) is to add it to your cart and checkout. The 99% discount is validated at checkout.

Tip: The freebie will be oddly placed among other items in an unrelated product category.

2. What kind of prizes are up for grabs?

Prizes will include exciting products such as Smart phones, Air fryers, Blenders, Standing fans, Earbuds, Home Theatres, Smart Watches etc.

Note: Remember, a new product is unlocked and can be found every hour from 8am - 6pm.

3. When will the initiative take place?

The initiative will run only on November 11, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

4. Who can participate?

All Jumia customers except staff and their relatives. However, officers, employees, and immediate family members of employees of Jumia, its associated companies, contractors, and partner agencies are not eligible to participate.

5. How many times can I win?

Each customer can only win once during the 11:11 initiative. Once you’ve successfully claimed a freebie, you won’t be able to claim another.

6. How will I know if I’ve won?

You will see the 99% discount at checkout. The freebie you find is not yours until you actually place the order for it with the 99% discount.

Note: (1) If someone else finds the same product and beats you to placing the order, then you’ve missed out - apologies in advance
(2) You can add other items to your cart. It will not affect your eligibility to win the freebie you found.

7. How will I receive my item?

The prize will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Standard delivery timelines apply. It will be the same as placing a normal order.

8. Are there any extra charges?

No additional cost will be charged for the prize itself. However, standard delivery fees will apply depending on your location.

9. What happens if I miss an hour?

No worries, a new freebie is unlocked at the top of every hour, so you can try again until the last round at 6pm.

10. How do I know that all the freebies have been found so that I don’t waste my time searching?

Every item that has been found will disappear from the line up of images at the top of this page. In other words, only items that are yet to be found will remain visible. For example, when the item for the 10am is found, the image will not appear at the top of this page.

11. What happens if the freebie from the previous hour has not been found? Could there be more than one item ready to be found at the same time?

Every freebie will remain up for grabs as long as it has not been found until the end of the day, at 11:59pm.
