Merit Ratin A Tretinoin Cream 0.05% W/w 30gm

Retin-A is indicated for topical application in the treatment of acne vulgaris.This medication is used to treat acne. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop. Tretinoin belongs to a class of medications called retinoids. It works by affecting the growth of skin cells. 

For the treatment of acne vulgaris in which comedones, papules and pustules predominate. For the treatment of hyperpigmentation, roughness and fine wrinkling of photodamaged skin due to chronic sun exposure.APPLICATIONRetin-A Cream should be applied once a day, before retiring, to the skin where acne lesions appear, using enough to cover the entire affected area lightly. THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE USED ONLY ACCORDING TO YOUR DOCTOR’S INSTRUCTIONS, AND IT SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO OTHER AREAS OF THE BODY OR TO OTHER GROWTHS OR LESIONS.INGREDIENT Retin-A Cream contains tretinoin 0.05% by weight (0.5mg in 1g), 20g+20g=40g in a hydrophilic cream vehicle of stearic acid, isopropyl myristate, polyoxyl 40 stearate, stearyl alcohol, xanthan gum, sorbic acid, butylated hydroxytoluene, and purified water.   DIRECTION Retin-A Cream should be applied once a day, before retiring, to the skin where acne lesions appear, using enough to cover the entire affected area lightly.    CAUTION For topical (external) Use Only. Oral ingestion of the drug may lead to the same side effects as those associated with excessive oral intake of Vitamin A. The skin of certain sensitive individuals may become excessively red, edematous, blistered, or crusted.
