MEN/WOMEN Posture Corrector Back Shoulder Lumbar Brace Belt

HELP YOUR POSTURE - When people spend a lot of time in front of a computer, or they are not particularly active, they start to lose their muscle tone in their torso, core muscles, and abs. The idea of a posture back braces generally to retrain your musculature so that your back will maintain an upright position without a lot of effort. Once fitted, you will instantly feel the elasticated straps pull your shoulders into the correct posture position, straightening your spine.

RELIEVE YOUR PAIN - The posture brace helps to get rid of back, shoulder, neck pain and lower back pain from strains, sprains and muscle spasms.

COMFORTABLE &FUNCTIONAL - The material used for the back straightener is breathable, lightweight and comfortable, it won't cut under arms like a knife, we improved the strap. This position corrector will allow you to go about your day as normal. It will not interfere with whatever it is you do. You should be able to work in your office, cook, clean, walk, run, and do anything that you would normally do.

ADJUSTABLE UNIVERSAL SIZE - The corrector back brace has adjustable straps thanks to which it fits teenagers and adults, men and women. Fits 33.3-38.2" chest circumference.

HOW LONG SHOULD YOU WEAR IT FOR? - You don't need to wear it for all the day. Take it step by step(Start with wearing it for 1-2 hours a day) and once your muscles start supporting your back by themselves, you won't need a posture brace any longer(But you will probably need to wear a posture corrector for some time.). Just like you don't have to focus on your muscles to breathe, you won't have to focus your muscles to support your back in a straight position.
