Do not take when operating machinery or driving. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea bag and steep for 4 to 6 minutes. The longer Seelect Tea’s Melatoninn Tea steeps, the more pronounced the flavor. Lemon or honey may additionally be added to give it depth. Certified: vegan, gluten-free, and kosher.
