The Maxi 30 Amps Automatic Voltage Switcher (AVS30), also identified as the VP-AVS30 Appliance Guard, is designed to protect valuable electrical and electronic appliances from damaging power supply problems. It automatically disconnects power when the mains voltage becomes unsafe and reconnects only after the supply returns to normal, helping to prevent short-term and long-term damage caused by unstable electricity.

With a 30A current rating, the AVS30 is suitable for high-load appliances and equipment within its rated capacity. It protects against low voltage, high voltage, brown-outs, voltage dips, spikes/surges, power-back surges, and basic lightning-related surges. The unit also features a user-adjustable delay timer, allowing reconnection after a safe start-up delay to reduce the risk of damage from frequent power fluctuations.
