Product details
This electric infrared cooktop burner with a removable barbecue grill rack provides a fast and flexible cooking solution for home kitchens, outdoor grilling, and table-top preparation. Powered by a 2200-watt infrared heating element, the cooker generates instant thermal energy that transfers heat directly to cookware without electromagnetic radiation, making it suitable for all flat-bottom pots and pans. Equipped with a smooth crystallite glass panel, touch control buttons, and a rotary power dial, the appliance allows quick heat adjustments for boiling, frying, searing, and simmering. The included elevated metal grill rack fits over the heating zone, converting the cooktop into an indoor barbecue station. Built with side carry handles, anti-slip feet, and a durable metal housing, this versatile burner offers convenient daily cooking and easy surface maintenance.
SAFETY NOTE
- Always place the infrared cooker on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials or curtain edges.
- Do not touch the crystallite glass heating zone or metal grill rack during or immediately after use; wait for the surface hot indicator to turn off.
- Ensure pots and pans have smooth, flat bottoms to prevent unstable tipping and maintain efficient heat transfer.
- Unplug the unit from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning the glass plate or metal grill grate.
GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE
- Place the infrared cooktop on a stable countertop and plug the power cord into a wall socket.
- Position a flat-bottomed cooking vessel on the glass plate, or place the included grill rack over the heating surface for barbecue grilling.
- Touch the power button on the control panel to turn on the unit.
- Adjust the heat intensity using the touch control keys or rotary dial according to your cooking recipe.
- Touch the power switch to turn off the cooker after cooking, allowing the cooling fan to run until the unit cools down.
