- Step1:Please appropriate amount of bleaching powder and oxygenated cream in a 1:1 ratio in a plastic bowl, and mix well with a hair brush.
- Step2:Immediately brush the mixture evenly on the hair, alternately applying until the hair is evenly applied.
- Step3:Leave the hair at room temperature for 30-50 minutes according to the condition of the hair and rinse with water.
