Fake or bad battery

It’s been less than 2 months and the battery is down from 11 hours on 2nd speed to less than 5 hours. I don’t know if the seller is purposely selling counterfeit items or if it’s a one off. And there is no customer support at all. Not worth the 40,000 at all.
