Lacoste Eau De Lacoste L.12.12 Noir has a bracing scent that works well day or night. The aroma begins with watermelon as the top note. The middle notes are verbena, basil and lavender. The base notes are dark chocolate, cashmeran, patchouli and coumarin.
Noir is the creation of Lacoste, a French company founded in 1933. This fashion house began as a sportswear manufacturer. The company is known worldwide for tennis shirts with a green crocodile logo. In the 1980s, watches, footwear, fragrances, leather goods and sunglasses were introduced. It was 1984 when fragrances were launched. A family-owned Swiss company, Maus Freres, became the owners in 2012.
