The KöLAX 5-Tray Electric Food Dehydrator offers an efficient, healthy way to preserve fresh produce, meats, fish, and herbs right at home. Built with five stackable, transparent BPA-free trays, this appliance allows simultaneous drying of large batches while preserving essential vitamins, natural flavors, and nutrients without adding artificial preservatives.

Equipped with a 360-degree forced air circulation system, the unit evenly distributes heat across all five tiers, eliminating the need to constantly manually swap trays during operation. The front control panel features dial controls for setting exact drying temperatures (adjustable between 35°C to 70°C), accommodating delicate foods like medicinal herbs and leafy greens as well as dense foods like beef jerky or sliced fruit. Designed with low-noise motor technology running below 45dB, the dehydrator operates quietly in home kitchens during overnight or long-running drying cycles.

SAFETY NOTE

1. Place the dehydrator unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface away from curtains, walls, or flammable materials before plugging in.
2. Do not cover the main air vents or obstruct ventilation openings on the lid or base while the appliance is running.
3. Never submerge the motor base unit, cord, or plug in water or liquids during cleaning; clean base exterior using a damp cloth only.
4. Ensure all transparent plastic trays are fully dried before stacking and starting a drying cycle.

GUIDE TO PROPER USAGE

1. Slice fruits, vegetables, or meats evenly to uniform thickness to ensure consistent moisture evaporation across all layers.
2. Arrange sliced food items in a single layer on the transparent BPA-free trays, ensuring space between pieces for unrestricted airflow.
3. Stack the trays securely onto the main motor base and place the top cover lid firmly in position.
4. Plug the unit into a power outlet and turn the control dial to your target drying temperature (35°C – 70°C).
5. Upon cycle completion, switch off the appliance, unplug from the wall outlet, and let dried items cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
