Donald Waters has written many well-known books on logistics and operations management. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and has lectured extensively in the area. He was Professor of Operations Management at the University of Calgary, Canada, and is a visiting professor at universities in Europe and North America. He now runs a private company whose interests are management research, analysis and education.
