S. Anangpuria Educational Institutes, Faridabad (Haryana). She is doctorate in English and her area of research has been Indian Feminist Literature. She has done Postgraduation in Human Resource Management, Masters in Indian English Literature as well as in American Literature with M.Phil in English. Dr. Bharti Kukreja has extensive experience of working in the corporate sector and teaching at graduate as well as postgraduate level. She has also presented numerous research papers at the international as well as national conferences and also published papers in the Journals of international repute. She has also delivered several guest lectures on Personality Development and Communication Skills. Dr. Kukreja is the certified Language Lab trainer acknowledged byWords Worth Language Lab, an initiative of the ACTUniv Group. She is also playing an instrumental role in supporting the students for conducting research and writing research papers for the reputed journals as well as international conferences.She has also been awarded by various social organizations like Rotary Club, National Association for the Blind etc., for her contribution in the field of social welfare. Her areas of interest include feminism, management, personality development and psychology.Dr. Anupama Jain is an Associate Professor of English at Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad. A Doctorate in English, Anupama Jain has wide experience of teaching and training students in soft skills and communication. She has done Postgraduation in English literature and M.Phil in the same domain. Her doctoral research focused on Indian Sensibility in the fiction of R.K. Narayan. She has the credit of publishing various research papers in national and international journals. Besides, she has also presented papers at the international as well as national conferences. Dr. Jain has attended numerous workshops and seminars on literature, linguistics, education policies, inter-personal communication, communication skills and personality development. She is the recipient of the prestigious Prof. C.L.Bahl Memorial Award in 2015during her tenure at Delhi College of Technology and Management (Haryana) which is given in recognition of overall excellence and for exhibiting highest levels of dedication and achievement.
