Prepare meals efficiently with the JD SMP HP06 1000W Single Burner Electric Hot Plate. Designed for small kitchens, dorm rooms, offices, and travel, this portable electric stove gives you reliable cooking power wherever an electrical outlet is available.

The HP06 features an open spiral heating coil mounted over a polished stainless steel tray for rapid heat conduction and easy cleaning. Its front-mounted rotary control dial offers 5 distinct heat settings, allowing you to switch seamlessly between gentle simmering and fast boiling. An automated thermostat cycles power to maintain your chosen temperature while preventing thermal overload.

Constructed with a rust-resistant, powder-coated steel frame, this compact stove keeps your cooking space clean without leaving smoke, soot, or gas residue. Non-slip rubber feet keep the unit firm on your countertop during use.

Important Safety & Operating Instructions

• First-Use Burn-Off: A small amount of harmless smoke or odor may release during the initial 3–5 minutes of use as the factory protective coating burns off the element.
• Flat-Bottom Cookware: Always use flat-bottomed metal pots, pans, or kettles that rest directly on the spiral ring to ensure optimal heat transfer.
• Cooling Precaution: The coil element and metal body retain residual heat after switching off; allow the unit to cool completely before storing or moving.
• Cleaning Guidance: Clean spills from the stainless steel tray under the coil using a soft damp cloth once the stove is turned off and fully cooled. Do not submerge the unit in water.
