The Jabra Engage 40 USB-A MS Stereo Corded Headset delivers professional-grade audio clarity, all-day comfort, and reliable performance for contact center and office environments. It features two precision noise cancelling microphones that remove background noise while keeping your voice clear for accurate conversations and seamless speech to text transcription. BalancedVoice™ technology with advanced stereo speakers ensures every word is crisp and intelligible.
Built for comfort, it has an ultra-light frame, maze-patterned ear cups, and angled cushions that reduce pressure during long shifts. Hearing protection features such as SafeTone 2.0, IntelliTone 2.0, and PeakStop™ maintain safe sound levels and protect against sudden spikes. The integrated Busylight signals availability, while the inline call control unit allows answering, muting, volume adjustment, and audible Smart Ringer alerts.
Engage+ software provides real-time insights on background noise and interruptions, enhancing the customer experience. USB-A plug-and-play connectivity ensures compatibility with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Genesys Cloud CX, and other UC platforms. The headset is durable and comes with a 1 -year warranty with registration.
